We use snapshot.exe from http://www.drivesnapshot.com.
No bells and whistles, but simple, reliable and flexible. Reasonably priced, as well.
Single EXE, no install needed, GUI or commandline operated, can create differential disk images.

Cost is approx. US$120 per server, which is 10% from Symantec LSR or 30% from Acronis TrueImage.

Other that Symantec Ghost, does any one have recommendations for drive/partitioning imaging software?
