That seems to resolve to relay.verizon.net and the gets passed to : SMTP-(0df501890000eaa5) 220 sv15pub.verizon.net MailPass Upon coming home, I switched from my Imail server to charter, and still got the 550. I then went into Outlook and changed my email address to my Charter email and it has not bounced back. Sadly my recipient is not available to tell me if she got it. That makes me think my domain name and my customer names are blacklisted by Verizon. Even thou they claim not to have blacklisted the IP address. If you do a DNS test at DNSReports.com for Verizon.net you will see one and only one MX record which is relay.verizon.net. You need to fix the problem on your end of why you are not connecting to the correct server.
