[IMail Forum] Lost email

We've been running Imail v5.08 for about 9 months now.  There have been
several verifiable occasions where email is "lost."  Meaning that it never
reaches it's destination and isn't bounced back.  I cannot reproduce this.
Has anyone seen this or, hopefully, know of a fix?
