The bastards are telling customers that the IP is blocked because we're spammers. We're asking them for proof of SPAM, and they can't show $#1T. I'm getting ready to send an e-mail to all client's letting them know of the crap these guys are pulling as well as close our reseller account and move all domains to a different registrar.

After I said I was an ISP being blocked by some or all of their hosted domains I was put on hold and then hung up on. I ended up having to ask my customers to contact the recipients and have them call and complain. Then it cleared up after a couple of days.
