Yeah, that's what I'm going to do with one domain owner. The other domain I
wants is registered to a company in Korea. I may use a service for this one.

Troy,

I've had luck myself in the past just contacting the name owner and starting
an email correspondence with the owner.

name

        Hello All,

I have a need to try and acquire a domain name that's already
registered to someone but is currently being used as a place holder. I've
seen sites that state that they can help negotiate the price but I've not
had any dealing with them. The domain I'm interested in is "sabi.com". Any
suggestions on using these services or how to proceed on this?
