Ok so you don't use x-headers...  how about this prefix with a tilde  ~ or  ` or some other symbol that won't be too intrusive to your clients.   something then use that rule where subject line contains..  This is the only other possible way if you are not able to do as others have suggested by putting them on their own ip.  If you host more than one domain it is nearly impossible to satisfy everyone but these types of rules have kept us out of hot water.

We also don't just move the spam to a junk folder unless the client wants it so we use Insertion of the X-Header and then let clients set up domain and individual rules.

Hi Barbara,

We have set the anti-spam filter to move junk emails to the Junk folder. And this rule wont work as there are no headers appended to the incoming mail.

The way to do this is by creating a domain rule.  We have clients that also do not want spam filtering so we create a domain rule like this.

Field:  Header

Comparison:  Contains

Search Text: x-imail-spam-premium

Move to mailbox: main

This should be the last rule that runs.

hope that helps

I want to disable this for a virtual domain and not an IP Based domain. Please let me know if you have any solution for this.

If ICS is like 8.22 and earlier, Virtual domains use the settings for the Primary Host, so all virtual domains have to use the same settings.  Is the domain you want to turn it off for on it's own IP?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to disable anti-spam premium filtering for a single domain? I have hosted 300+ domains in IMAIL and the Premium Anti-Spam is set to move the spam emails to Junk Folder of user accounts. Now few of the domain owner does not want the anti-spam filters are there are lot of false positives in ICS anti-spam.

Please let me know how can I do this.
