AV is catching the email as a virus probably due to a malformed container.  Follow this link to the web forums where I told another user how to turn off that check.  http://www.ipswitch.com/forums/shwmessage.aspx?ForumID=10&MessageID=22665

            I have Vonage for my home phone service.  When I set up to have my voicemails delivered to me by email I don’t get the messages.  Below is the log file for the email… Any ideas?
