There are no MX records for the domain.  When the MX record fails
in imail 



they will often do a lookup for the "A" record and try to
deliver it there. 



I would suggest that you add the MX records for mail.ucjewelry.com if
they 



plan to email back and forth to that domain.

I am on version 8.22 and have a couple of clients that are trying to

get replies to emails they have sent from our system or they are trying

the email is bouncing. This is sporadic on this client some go through
