I think the templates have been upgraded and can be downloaded at http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20000112-DM01.htm This applies to 6.02 templates that came with IMail 6.02. All need to be upgraded. If you have custom templates, you will probably have to rewrite them, as we did.
