You will need to update the templates... otherwise they will not work
correctly...
they are version specific.

I'm going to be upgrading our mail server from 5.0x to 6.02 this afternoon.

have the 6.0 CD that Ipswitch sent to me, and I have downloaded the
imail602.exe
patch. My battle plan is:
1. stop all the imail services
2. backup the imail registry
3. backup the user directories
4. install the imail upgrade from the CD
5. apply the patch
6. restart the services.
We haven't done any customization to our web templates. Should I go ahead
and
let the upgrade over-write them? Web messaging is important to our
organization. If I break it, I better start running now; by Moday I may be
far
enough away.
