4) There is an example of branding for the web interface, with some sample
graphics from Mars or somewhere, and a sample XML file. There is no
indication of where the XML file should go. A search for "branding" on the
kbase turned up nothing, of course.
I believe this is what you're looking for -
http://www.ipswitch.com/support/imail/guide/2006/2006_1/Branding.pdf
(it as in the release notes instead of the KB)
If you want to muddle with the .aspx files, see
ftp://ftp.ipswitch.com/Ipswitch/Product_Support/IMail/051122_KB_Customize_WMsg.doc
I've opted not to do the .aspx changes since they will change with every
release and need to be updated. I'm trying to do it all with branding, but
that's not working for the secondary domains with branding. The reason is
that I want to use SSL for off-network logins. I'd also like to use just a
single URL for signins (I use a redirect from http://webmail.theirdomain.com
to a common page with their branding logo.) - that way I have only a single
SSL certificate to manage. Unfortunately, the branding only applies to the
domain of the URL instead of the domain of the E-mail.
