We have recently ran into an issue where Yahoo is deferring email from our servers. I have gone through their bulk mailer stuff filled out everything I can find on the web but haven't heard anything back.
Does anyone know where I can find an actual phone number Like we have for AOL. My users are getting disturbed and I don't know what to tell them. For AOL and Hotmail it wasn't this hard and they were at least responsive. Ms. Barbara S.
