Make sure you check out the new pricing for F-Prot. They seemed to have
priced themself out of the mail server scanner market. Its very expensive
now.

Subject: [IMail Forum] AV not catching viruses since upgrade to 8.22

Hi

I upgraded from 8.21 to 8.22 so as to be able to install the SMTP security
patch but since then there seems to have been a huge amount of viruses
gettting through the system. Most are contained in zip files (but some
aren't - e.g. file extensions ending in .scr). The definitions are all up
to date.

Any idea what might have happened or how to fix this? Clients are NOT too
happy.

Thanks
