Run the convert utility again, then rerun the install and select repair, then run the convert utility again.

That is what I had to do and it worked fine after.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Messy upgrade now address book problems

Hi,

Well after my ordeals last night I thought I had it all done. But of course not.

This morning users are reporting that their webmail address books are empty. When the upgrade to 2006.1 ran it recommended that I do the user conversion (don’t remember the exact words) and I did. It ran for a while and then it was done.

If I look in the workgroupshare database using the wgscvt.exe program there are address books for the users that are complaining. I have just run it using the /test option today. The old MDB file size is just over 1 MB and the new one is 390 KB but it seems that the data is in it.

Any ideas on why the address book in the web client would not show up while it appears to be in the MDB file? I have a backup copy of the original MDB file (version 2006.01).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
