Betreff: [IMail Forum] iMAIL 2006.03 Anti-Spam issue...

I had an email from a new customer get caught in the html spam filter.  I re-sent it from another location after I disabled the filter.  STILL got caught in the filter and sent out the same subject I had prescribed for anything caught by this filter.  I restarted all of the services...  STILL got caught in the filter... Keep in mind that I no longer have that subject associated with ANY spam filter...

I forgot to mention that this customer and my test account are both on the white list.  I assumed the white list would supersede any anti-spam filtering...   That would be what any administrator would want, wouldn't it...  Is that the case?

I've been on hold with Ipswitch for 25 minutes, so far... stay tuned....

-Gil
