Hi David, Okay, that makes sense - system wide (only settable by sysadmin), domain wide (only settable by host admin) and end user can only access what has been granted changeable by them.
What is your top list of features to be configurable - here's what I have thus far. Please rank. 1. what to do with deleted messages 2. what to do with Sent messages 3. disabling Forwarding 4. what to do with attachments and should attachment gui be on by default 5.
