Mark,
Sounds like one or more of the IMail services have the mailbox open and
cannot close it. If you stop all IMail services and restart them, this
should clear the problem. My bet is that these users have opened the mailbox
via 2 or more methods and did not logout correctly (Pop3, IMap4 or web MSG,
last most likely!). Or restarting the computer will do the same (but
probably slower!).
