I don't hate you guys, I just wish things would go smoother for us poor
ipswitch customers. We shouldn't have to cringe every time we install your
software like the bomb squad rookie snipping a wire.

My point is that hold times shouldn't be this bad after this amount of time
on top of a huge increase in the SA. Not to mention all the new bugs in 2006
which seems to be constant with their development methodology. I'm very
concerned about 2006.2 since it will be .net 2 and a complete rewrite of
software that already has problems that have yet to be fixed.

On the surface  the new features and constant updates are wonderful but they
do insert major problems when things go bad and you can't get through to
tech support in a reasonable amount of time. Since ipswitch tech support is
9 to 5 you can't even risk an after hours upgrade for fear of things being
down until 9am their time if you can get through right away. Nothing like
your phone system lit up like a christmas tree while your on hold waiting
for a tech. It makes one not ever want to install an upgrade.

I think the best method of installing an imail upgrade is to call tech
support and click "Next" when someone finally answers.
