We have a virtual domain IMail client that is reporting the following error message intermittently. I have never seen this error before and seeking feedback from anyone experiencing same. I have been unable to nail down log snippets as intermittent and client does not provide me with exact date and time of occurrence. I also ran dnsreport.com and all checks out fine with MX, DNS, etc. Running IMail 8.22 and the domain name is set-up as virtual.
Error below: Task 'mail.dioscg.org - Receiving' reported error (0x80042110) : 'Your POP3 server is providing inconsistent information. The number of messages returned by the STAT command does not match the number of items returned by the UIDL or LIST commands. Contact your POP3 or Internet service provider.'
