Hi, Should this be in the FAQ somewhere? Or is it already there and did I read over it.
Had some problems installing IMail 2006.1 on my new Windows 2003 server. >From the last time I remembered I needed to have at least Internet Explorer 6 to install the software so I knew the IE version might have something to do with it. I had IE 7 so that's "at least IE6". Installing the software as a user with Administrator priviliges on the machine gave me a warning I might not have enough rights to install the software. Duh? I then remembered the famous "Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration" that gets installed by default on all Windows 2003 servers. Lo an behold, after removing that nice piece of software I was able to install IMail. :-) Can't remember someone else writing about this overhere so I'll just mention it for the next person looking why IMail won't install.
