Imail QuestionNick,

I'm afraid there is no one in the forum who will be able to answer your
question as this is a User forum, not a Technical Support forum.

In general, unless you have a current valid Service Agreement, you would
need to purchase a new copy of the software.

I'd suggest a direct conversation with the Ipswitch Customer Support team
would be your best choice. Be prepared, have the Serial Number of your IMail
software at hand. Here is a link for CS:

Use this link, http://www.ipswitch.com/support/imail/index.asp, to see if
you qualify for a discounted price...

Subject: [IMail Forum] Imail Question

I operate a non-profit organization called, Drive Around the World. For some
time now IMAIL Server version 8.15 has been doing a fine job of supporting
operations. The IMAIL software was donated to us by an organization that
evaluated a donation requests we sent to IPSWITCH, however I do not recall
the name of this organization. The software was provided in September of
2002, and we have kept up with updates. I would like to see if we qualify
for an upgrade.

Thank you,

Nick Baggarly
