Imail QuestionNick, I'm afraid there is no one in the forum who will be able to answer your question as this is a User forum, not a Technical Support forum.
In general, unless you have a current valid Service Agreement, you would need to purchase a new copy of the software. I'd suggest a direct conversation with the Ipswitch Customer Support team would be your best choice. Be prepared, have the Serial Number of your IMail software at hand. For some time now IMAIL Server version 8.15 has been doing a fine job of supporting operations. The IMAIL software was donated to us by an organization that evaluated a donation requests we sent to IPSWITCH, however I do not recall the name of this organization. The software was provided in September of 2002, and we have kept up with updates. I would like to see if we qualify for an upgrade. Thank you, Nick Baggarly Executive director Drive Around the World www.drivearoundtheworld.com
