You'll need to make sure you change the key name for the domain, and find the matching virtual key (you'll have to search for this one) to change all of the values under it. Then change the directory name where mail is stored, and make sure the registry key under the above matches. If you've changed them all then the switch is complete. An easy way to find them all is to export the IMail key and everything underneath, then search for the old domain name.
