We've had a problem with periodic emails, certain clients at certain
times not getting emails to those accounts.
Probably a trigger at each is being hit on volume, etc. We've got a
couple of lists we host that could also be the
problem. We're thinking about moving them to SmarterMail on a
different machine, different IP (but same C Class)
1 - Should this help (assuming they are the problems)
2 - Other than advising the client to try to space out emails by
domain when sending to the list (so they don't hit too many AOL too
quickly) any other suggestions?
3 - Any suggestions on what to look for in the logs telling me when
we're being rejected for blacklist / IP block / other filter reason?
4 - Are there any problems out there that can do #3, ie., scan the
logs and report back summary information on potential blocks?
FYI, running 8.22 with hotfix
