Went very well here too. I didn't have to reboot but I killed all services including IIS admin and WWW before starting the install. So far, much faster web interface.

Just did the upgrade from 2006.1. Only thing needed to do was reboot the server after the install. Ours is a very simple / low volume installation. Definitely feels faster.
