The default is 20 tries and with the default of 30 minutes between retries, this means IMail will try for about 10 hours. Assuming you did not change the retry time (and I'm betting you decreased that, too) then your server is only trying for about 1 hour (which may be OK now, while you are testing, but...If there is an outage for the internet connection that exceeds this time or the mail server you are trying to send to is down longer than this, then email will _not_ be delivered). There are NS records for your domain (not sure why Matti looked for NS records for the mail server in that domain) and the MX record seems fine, as does the PTR for your mail server. Intel.com has multiple MX records, so unless all the servers are down, I cannot tell why your email was not delivered. The log is the only real way to tell... The email was retried, at least 3 times, according to the non-delivery report... that part is fine (except for the low number of tries). Of course, it is possible that the Intel servers are doing more checking (DNS or Blacklist, etc...) that may have caused your message to be rejected. Again the log is the key to learning what happened...
