Hmmm... good to know. Is Ipswitch working on a fix for this problem? Any idea
as to whether 2006 is similarly afflicted?

Darin,

The original 8.22 did not have this issue. The vulnerability patch released
on/or about 11/7/2006 has that issue.

Has anyone noticed with IMail 8.22 having to restart SMTP and/or Queue
Manager after the addition or deletion of virtual domains and domain aliases?

This was not required with 8.15, but with 8.22 I've noticed specific cases of
having to restart services for IMail to recognize virtual domain aliases or
deletion of a virtual domain.

Do similar problems exist in 2006? Having to restart services for changes
like this is extremely undesirable.

  Darin.
