Last July Charter was acquired by Cebrdge, operating as Suddenlink
Communications. They have been converting email accounts over the past
several months from Charter to Suddenlink (user's responsibility to run
the
convert program). I am unsure if they have begun bouncing messages
addressed
to charter.net at this point, but hopefully it gives you somewhere to
start.

I have started getting bounces from charter.net with the following

Body of message generated response:
501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments
This started happening about 2 weeks ago from what I can tell. I am
running
Imail 2006.1and Declude 4.3.14
I have not made any changes to the server as well as Outlook or Goldmine
for
quite some time.
