[IMail Forum] Failing Message w/Large Attachment

Have an IMail server and one user that is unable to send large 
attachments, but other users can send any attachment size without 
issue.  The mail client is OE and when sending an attachment larger than 
about 10 meg the email doesn't go.  No error, nothing.  Just sits in the 
outbox.  I don't think it's IMail causing this, as it isn't a problem 
for everyone, but I can't find anything in OE that would cause it 
either.  There are no personal firewalls or other apps that would  cause 
it.  Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this.  The Microsoft  
newgroups/support site were of no help.
