You can enable web admin from a remote location. The advantage of the
IMail remote console may be a faster interface than the web browser, and
more mass-user admin options.

Not from a remote location. Sounds like this will allow you to run it
on a PC and connect to the server from that PC. Instead of PC Anywhere
or Remote Desktop.
