I have just installed IMail Premium 2006.2 over Ipswitch Collaboration Suite Premium 2.01/2006.1 - with mixed results.

1.) During installation at the very beginning there is a beep and then the install screen freezes. At this time I can see a command line window showing one line "LoadLibrary...". This also hangs. And on the lower left just above the Windows Start menu there is a minimized application window. When I open it I see a message box:

HASP SL Client Runtime Error
----------------------------

The Aladdin HASP SL Runtime protecting has encountered
an internal error. Please contact the product vendor.

[OK]

When I click OK the box and the command line window are closed and the installer proceeds to the first setup screen. Seems to relate to license activation. Question is: Is my system activated or not? I tried to activate (again?) on the first setup screen but got the same errors.

2.) After the installation
- All services are updated OK
- SMTP and POP works
- WebMail interface works

- Web Calendaring does not work, just a message:
"The request was not processed due to one of the following reasons: the disk is full, it is an invalid request, or the templates were not found in a specified path! Please contact your administrator."

- WebAdmin works with one exception: The About box is not displayed, just a 404. It tries to load "http://192.168.1.5/IAdmin/IMail/About.asp";. I found the "About.asp" in "/IAdmin/About.asp"

What now? I did a repair installation during which I did a complete installation of all calendaring templates. None of the problems went away.
