Go to your c:\Imail and rename the orules.ima to orules.ima.old and restart your SMPT service to be safe.

Your outbound rules are deleting everything. Remove them all now before you lose to much mail and re-write the rules. There were some changes with how you escape characters and write rules in that version. Laso make sure you have all of the latest hotfixes installed.
