It's an Ipswitch-ized version of http://www.workgroupshare.com/...  Must
have cut a spiffy deal too, ICS ships with an unlimited version which runs
about $7500 on their site.  I've inquired in the past directly to the
developers of the application (non-IpSwitch) and there is apparently no plan
to release alternate versions.

Getting it to work with the web calendars is a different story, if we
required Ipswitch to invent the light-bulb we'd might as well invest in a
lifetime supply of candles.
