Entourage is not a browser that we tested with, but I expect it's the same 
issue.  It is something we plan to look at, but I can't give you a timeframe 
right now.

  The FTB editor in the web client does not support rich text editing on Safari 
so it doesn't understand the HTML.  Can they use FF?

    Has everyone else been experiencing issues with both of these applications? 
 I am getting nailed with people having issues with both of these applications 
on Mac's.  Seems like when they reply or forward a message it always shows the 
HTML code instead of formatting the message properly.

     

    Anyone have a quick fix to this so we quit getting the phone calls?
