Check out http://newsletter.bailiwick.org, test the process, respond to the
confirmation e-mail that is generated, and see if something like this will
work for you.
 
If it works, I will send you the ASP code for all of this off list.  There
is no CGI or any other scripting, it's all done with CDONTS, ASP and IMAIL.

This type of page would be great! However, it appears this form goes to a
Perl script....which we do not have installed on our web server.
In the past when we've wanted to run Perl scripts, management did not want
Perl installed and denied the requests.
 
Are there any other ways to do something similar without Perl?
