You just upgraded to 8.15? If you have a valid support contract with
Ipswitch, you should upgrade again to 8.22 asap and then apply all patches
that are available for 8.22. Earlier versions have some fairly heinous
vulnerabilities that have active exploits in the wild. Lots of coverage on
that has been posted to this very list.
What version did you upgrade from?
Sorry I don't have an idea about your slowdown but can say we did not notice
any slowdown on our server way back when we upgraded from v6 to v8.0 and all
the updates that were release up to 8.22 which we are using now. You might
watch your server and see what processes are getting loaded down when using
the webmail. Since you are "not a server person"(from your earlier post),
you might want to get someone who is intimate with Windows server OS's to
sit down and talk you through. Have you tried Ipswitch support?
