Hi Everyone - I have a few Lists where subscribers (outside our control) are requesting read receipts (UGGH!) So when someone reads the post, their system sends back the receipt to the entire list. We have asked both guilty parties to turn this feature off (those who are requesting, and those who are automatically sending, and neither are cooperating. I know, I know. But before I tell the Presidents of the companies for those lists that "there is nothing I can do", I need to make sure there is nothing I can do. I've tried to set up a specific rule on the list that filters for this, but it is not working (or at best, sporadically). The rule is as follows:
B~Return Receipt:[EMAIL PROTECTED] (I had it set to send to me so I could cofirm that it worked) Anyone have any other suggestions? We also run Declude, which I've thought about putting to use for this specific problem, but I don't want to throw a general "will fail if..." rule out there for everyone. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
