CRAP! It was in eval mode. I had moved it to a new server just about a
month ago. This is a 9.02 install that doesn't squawk about timing out.

There is something in the Queue that bay be killing the service. If you
remove the checkmark that says auto-restart the Qm service in iAdmin, does
it just stay dead?
The logs will say something - make sure you turn up the debog mode.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Queue Manager Will Not Start
All of a sudden, my Queue Manager service won't start. Registry looks
good (no orphans) and IMail is not in eval mode. Nothing in the logs
other than the entry saying the Queue Manager stopped and is restarting
every few minutes. This is IMail 2006.
