Have not seen the SMTP issue, but others have with a bad message in the
spool of some type. The archives should have tons of info.

On the HTTP service, this is a known issue and they are working on it I
hope. Major issue here as it does it more than once a day.

Subject: [IMail Forum] SMTP service keeps crashing - Imail 2006.2

Hi

Our SMTP service keeps crashing - typically at least twice an hour. It
is
set to auto restart but obviously this is not a real solution. The
Event
viewer provides no useful information. How should I go about trying to
diagnose the problem? Is it likely to be certain emails in the queue
that
are causing it to crash? The issue has been occurring for a couple of
weeks
now.

Also our webmail service occasionally hangs and requires an IISreset to
get
going again. Is this a known issue? Any suggestions here?

Thanks
