It is absolutely possible, look for posts from Sanford and his signature, exchange2aliases. What you have to decide is how incoming and outgoing email will flow. If everyone is going to have [EMAIL PROTECTED] email address and if all incoming and outgoing goes through Imail, it is very simple.
