I for one take the opposite view and congratulate them for doing so. As Travis mentioned, if its your own server (or some other MTA you have an account on) that you're trying to relay thru you should be using the submissions port. The number of consumer spambots greatly exceeds the number of consumers who need to directly connect to port 25 on a MTA that doesn't belong to their ISP.
