Last I knew, it was a free download. Try doing a google on filemon.exe or go to Sysinternal's web site.

Then you will be able to delete the file. Tool like sysinternal's filemon would be able to tell you what has your file locked Ted Nichols Ipswitch Messaging QA ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Kathy Lees Sent: Friday, June 22, 2007 4:55 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [IMail Forum] Scan for bad emails We have an email in our spool directory that is about a week old. When I try and delete it, it says it is being used by another system and won't delete. Since this has shown up, our system doesnt' start up correctly and the research I did on Microsoft says it could be a bad email holding up the system. Is this possible? If so, how do you get rid of it?
