Stefan, I am currently seeing the same thing. I have deleted the oldest ones with no ill affects and am in the process of putting a script together to keeps these trimmed down.

These files seem to be generated by the system whenever the IIS worker thread dies. This happens from time to time when using the IMail web interface. How can I clean this directory? Can I simply delete the files? Is there a management console that can remove the files? My backups grow bigger and bigger... Thank you -- Elektronik-Labor Carls GmbH & Co.
