Todd,
We use online imaging backup with DriveSnapshot from
http://drivesnapshot.de/en/index.htm. It is a single EXE file of 250 kBytes
(no installation needed). Supports MS VSS and is capable of differential
images. We are using it on several Exchange and SQL Servers.
The same small EXE file is used to restore an entire image or to mount an
image to a drive letter in order to extract specific files.
The price is a fraction of the bigshot solutions (from US$134.55 per server)
and I can recommend it very much.
However, there is no built-in scheduler and no rotation mechanism. We
programmed our own wrapper/scheduler application to run DriveSnapshot
remotely from the storage server, rotate image generations, archive to
external storage media and send status mails.

I've looked at Backup Assist, Backup Exec, and Genie Soft.
If anyone has any thoughts on these, or something else, I'd really
appreciate it!
Thanks!
Todd
