There are a number of issues involved here. We have explictily fixed several
issues, several issues have can be addressed by switching to a SQL/SQL Express,
and there appear to be several issues which we are not fully certain about. For
some people the protected memory errors appear to be fixed in 9.21, for other
they don't. We are still investigating this issue.

I'm 100% sure that it is not only a load issue because we see it, too.
I have only one domain with less than 50 users. Only three of them use
Web Services from time to time. And still I see the problems with the
IIS Worker Process.
The machine is a dedicated mail server with IMail Premium 2006.2 and
mxGuard which uses MessageSniffer and ClamAV. IMail's integrated
Antivirus is Bitdefender.
