Why did you escape the space that is between List-Id\: and \<openvpn?
Also, I do not think you have to escape the < or > characters, do you? For now I've changed the OpenVpn rule to: <OpenVPNUsers>S~\[Openvpn-users\]:Other lists\OpenVpn-Users but I kinda like the list-id stuff as that will not get confused during crossposting a reply as happens sometimes with similar lists like declude junkmail and virus and with openvpn users and developers.
