Well Ben, I can tell you that I've ALWAYS had problems with Outlook's IMAP vs. my Imail mailboxes (always used it to read mail from home), using various version of Outlook over the years - UNTIL I switched to Outlook 2007. I don't recall having problems with OE ever (although I wasn't using that daily).

Let's be pragmatic - if you have determined that that's causing you problems, then why ARE you running Outlook all night? Are you running it at the office in POP3 mode? If so, it will empty your mailbox - so then our IMAP4 connection will have nothing to display?
