Indeed. You can rename it too, this is the file that helps form the inbox view.

You will now be returned to your home page." He can send mail via webmail and he can open his sent mail folder. Only his inbox seems to be having issues. He is the only one experiencing this, as far as I know. I have attempted to log into his webmail account from a different machine and am getting the same error.
