Are any of your other users seeing this issue? This error message is normally seen when the users web browser has cached an older version of the page. Clear out the users browser cache and see if that helps. Tripp

He's using Internet Explorer on a PC version 6.029 Error noted that an error was encountered while processing he request "could not load ipswitch web common assy version cultural natural public token null..." Basically when he pushes on the New icon to create an email he gets the error. I've tested on a PC running IE 7 and also on a Mac running Firefox without any issues. Any known issues on this ? Fixes?
