Or   again: Use   ASSP.   It  can  block  or  score connections by the sender
location  (using  the  senderbase  data)  and  by  blocking or scoring
Charsets.
I feel a little bit as I repeat myself again and again - but ASSP will
do nearly everything to protect you against spam, you can think of...
