I recently started imposing limits on user accounts. I have email notifications sent to users as their boxes approach their limit and I also received a copy so that I am aware of what is going on. Today I discovered that when the SPAM user box reaches its limit, all users are getting undeliverable notices. I emptied the SPAM box to resolve this, but I am confused because when I looked at the mail in the SPAM box, it all looked like legitimate email. Can someone explain this to me? I am using IMail 2006.22.
